    How to Locate your Final Ranking Number

      • Parking costs range from $50 - $150 per month depending on the selection the residents decides upon. Required pest control free of $3 per month.

  • A guarantor may be used to satisfy certain credit conditions, excluding cases involving landlord debt, open bankruptcy, or criminal background issues. The guarantor is financially responsible for the lease but is not an occupant or leaseholder and has no access to the apartment. Guarantors must meet all resident qualification criteria and earn at least five times the monthly rent. The applicant must first be screened under standard screening guidelines before adding a guarantor.
